Automatic Rebar bending machines for construction stirrups and shaped parts from coils, particularly suitable for medium production runs.
These simple, rugged, highly reliable machines combine top flight performance with extremely low operating and maintenance costs.
They are used to bend hot-rolled iron. The two-way bending head also makes it possible to produce multi-sided stirrups. The straightening unit promotes fast, trouble-free modification of diameter without requiring further adjustments.
The work cycles are programmed, stored and controlled by a dedicated industrial computer installed on a console complete with buttons and selectors for manual operations.
Stirrup bending machine controlled by CNC servo system, may accomplish straighten, cut to length, stirrup bending.
